Unemployment insurance modernization
Truss vastly improved the claimant experience for unemployment insurance (UI) and improved the ability for both the New Jersey and U.S. Departments of Labor (DOL) to respond to claimants’ changing needs. In the process, we set the conditions to reduce operational overhead: fewer agent interventions, a much more serviceable technical platform, and the organizational capacity to manage and evolve the system when Truss has signed off.
Solution for Insider Threat Hindrance (SITH)
We conducted discovery and usability research across 51 distributed insider threat hubs to deliver a production-ready case management system and prototype within 6 months.
MilMove
We partnered with the United States Digital Service, the Defense Digital Service, and the U.S. Transportation Command to create MilMove, a re-designed digital system for documenting and transporting U.S Service Members and their families’ personal belongings.
Systems design and technical consulting
We helped this healthcare and data analytics company completely revamp their data pipeline and deployment process to better meet their clients’ needs.
Veterans appeals modernization
Truss, as a part of a cross-disciplinary team, changed the face of how Veterans appeals are input, organized, assigned and updated by helping build out two critical components of the Caseflow suite of tools.
